• Solenoid plunger, return damper and springs are replaced with stronger components for improved reliability.
• Clutch shaft and rollers are replaced with precision-ground, hardened parts to extend service life.
• All components are assembled with a special lubricant formulated for starter roller clutch applications.
• CNC-machined billet mounting noses are secured with aerospace-grade fasteners.
• After assembly, every starter undergoes dyno testing that includes hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load testing, maximum rpm and motor impulse waveform.
