Adding electrical accessories increases amperage usage; consider the amperage ratings of switches and wiring. If you draw too many amps through a switch or wire it can overheat and may burn. Fuses and breakers are sized to protect wiring and switches. Do not change 30A main breaker to a 50A breaker; the switches and wiring will not be protected.
