Nippondenso starters are assembled in the U.S.A. with heavy-duty components and tested with state-of-the-art equipment. The solenoid plunger, return damper and springs are replaced with stronger components to improve engagement reliability. Clutch shaft and rollers are replaced with precision-ground and hardened parts for extended wear resistance. All internal components are assembled with a special lubricant formulated for roller clutch applications. CNC-machined billet mounting noses are secured with aerospace-grade fasteners for consistent alignment and fit.

After assembly, every unit is dyno tested for hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum rpm and motor impulse wave form to verify performance before shipment. Made in the USA. 🔧
