Designed using the same principles that made the Baker 6-Speed overdrive shifts so smooth, this kit delivers super-smooth, precise shifting. ⚙️

The included pillow block is machined from 6061-T6 extrusion stock for a significant increase in strength over the original component.

Redundant neutral and improved ratchet pawl geometry help the rider find neutral the first time, every time.

Advanced fork pin groove geometry and a linear detent bearing on the right-side mounting plate produce smoother, more positive shifts.

The fixed spindle drum design lowers rotational friction, reducing the effort required to complete each shift.

Precision-machined spindle and drum provide one of the most durable shift drums available.

Gaskets and fasteners are included for a complete installation; no gearset disassembly is required—simply remove the stock gearset from the bearing door, swap the shift drum, and bolt it in.
