Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete, matching braided cable and brake line system for a clean, factory-quality installation. 🔧✨

The kit includes throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch wiring or turn signal extensions, unless otherwise noted.

All cable and brake lines feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome–plated fittings. Brake lines are built with PTFE inner tubing, aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for durability and consistent braking performance.

Kits for dual-disc models include an all‑brazed manifold to eliminate leaks and alignment issues, while all assemblies meet or exceed OE specifications and are DOT FMVSS‑106 compliant where applicable. Assembled in the USA. DOT‑Certification is only valid in USA.

This kit is designed for use with ape hanger style handlebars and 2” risers; follow vehicle-specific fitment instructions for final installation.
