The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers excellent fit and quality at an economical price.

The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or a hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables feature a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

XR brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel braid embedded in a tough abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal fitment and appearance; manifolds use -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.

Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

The kit is based on tall handlebar setups and 2" risers.

Note: DOT certification is valid only in the USA.
