The XR handlebar installation kit delivers precise fitment and reliable construction at an economical price. It includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. ⚙️

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables are low-effort, high-efficiency designs that meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, construction, and endurance. Magnum-style brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough, abrasion-resistant outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response. 🔧

Kits that include manifolds are fully brazed for optimal fitment and appearance and use -3 AN connections for easier installation. The kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers. DOT certification is valid only in the USA.
