The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a precise fit and proven quality at an economical price. 🏍️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. 🛠️

Brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response, and manifolds supplied in some kits feature an all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.

Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications to support safe riding across a range of conditions.
