XR Handlebar Installation Kit

Magnum XR handlebar installation kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. 🔧

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR Dot brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating. All cables are a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines and manifolds

Magnum XR brake lines use enhanced construction of heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response for safe riding. Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal fitment and appearance and use -3 an connections for easy installation. Brake lines are compliant with federal Fmvss-106 specifications.

This kit is based on ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers and is engineered for straightforward installation and reliable performance.
