The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers economical fit and reliable performance for handlebar installs. It includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and the cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. The brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response. Manifolds are fully brazed for optimal fit and appearance and use -3 AN connections for straightforward installation. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Designed for taller riser setups and higher handlebar profiles, the kit provides a complete, ready-to-install solution for safe, confident riding. 🏍️
