This XR handlebar installation kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price.
Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
Brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for superior durability and improved braking response, and manifolds use all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for easy installation.
All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, construction, and endurance; brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. DOT certification is only valid in USA.
