The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers excellent fit and quality at an economical price while meeting or exceeding OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

  • Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
  • Brake lines feature heavy-gauge stainless steel braid inside an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.
  • All fittings are highly polished prior to plating, and manifolds use all-brazed construction to ensure optimal fit and appearance.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications for safe operation.
