The XR handlebar installation kit delivers reliable fit and durable construction at an economical price.

Each kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.

Kits with manifolds use an all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for easy installation and optimal OE fitment and appearance.

Designed for use with ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers; DOT certification is valid only in the USA. 🔧
