The XR handlebar installation kit delivers reliable fit and excellent quality at an economical price. 🏍️🔧

Each kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating. Cables are designed for low effort and high efficiency and meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, construction, and endurance. Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response. Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal fit and appearance; manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

This kit is based on use with taller handlebars and 2" risers, providing a straightforward solution for installation and durable on-road performance.
