XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers an economical, OE‑quality fit with components selected for reliable performance and long service life. 🛠️

The complete kit contains throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle‑by‑wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT‑compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, installation hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished prior to plating, and cables are engineered for low effort and high efficiency to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for fit, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines feature a reinforced core inside a tough abrasion‑resistant outer jacket for improved durability and responsive braking performance, and meet DOT FMVSS‑106 requirements for safety.

Kits that include manifolds use an all‑brazed construction for consistent fit and appearance, and manifolds use -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.
