The Magnum XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers OE-level fitment and construction at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating and all cables are low-effort, high-efficiency designs that meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Magnum XR brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.

Kits with manifolds feature an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation; brake lines meet DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

DOT certification is valid only in the USA.
