The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a great fit and high-quality components at an economical price. It includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating. All cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fit, construction and endurance. Brake lines use an enhanced construction of heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response for safe riding.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction for optimal OE fitment and appearance; manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. This kit is designed for use with ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers.
