Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit

This complete installation kit provides matching cables and brake lines plus copper crush washers, hardware and any switch wiring needed for throttle and turn signal extensions.

  • All lines use Sterling Chromite II® construction with highly polished plated fittings for a refined appearance.
  • Brake hoses are built with PTFE inner tubing, aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids and an outer PVC jacket for durability and consistent performance.
  • Cables are engineered for low effort and high efficiency, meeting or exceeding original-equipment specifications for fit, construction and endurance.
  • Dual-disc configurations receive a fully brazed manifold to prevent leaks and alignment issues while maintaining a clean look.
  • Brake components comply with DOT FMVSS-106 requirements; DOT certification applies only within the USA.
  • Assembled in the USA.

The kit covers throttle and idle cable or throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch options and brake lines, bundled with all necessary hardware to simplify installation on taller riser setups.
