The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a precise fit and dependable performance at an economical price. 🛠️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. ✨

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and braking response, and kits that include manifolds employ all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for straightforward installation. DOT certification is valid only in the USA.
