The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers economical OE-quality fit and reliable performance for handlebar installs. 🛠️🏍️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fit, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless construction embedded in an abrasion-resistant outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking, and they comply with DOT FMVSS-106.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for straightforward installation, and the kit is based on installations with ape hanger–style handlebars and 2" risers.
