The Magnum XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers excellent fit and reliable quality at an economical price. ⚙️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables feature a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Magnum XR brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal OE fitment and appearance, and manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation.

This kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers and is compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications for safety.
