The XR Handlebar Installation Kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables are a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meet or exceed original equipment specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

XR brake lines use an enhanced construction of heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough, abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction for optimal fitment and appearance, and manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. DOT certification is valid only in the USA. The kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers.
