The XR handlebar installation kit delivers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. 🔧

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, complete hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. 🛠️

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

XR brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response.

Kits that include manifolds use all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for straightforward installation, and brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. DOT certification is valid only in the USA.
