The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers an economical fit and excellent build quality for confident installation.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking performance.

Manifolds that are included use all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections to ensure optimal fitment and straightforward installation while brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

The kit is designed for tall-style handlebars with 2" risers and simplifies installation while maintaining reliable on-road performance. 🏍️
