Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete solution with matching braided cables and brake lines. ⚙️
The kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any required switch wiring or turn-signal extensions unless noted.
All cables and brake lines feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome plated fittings for a refined, cohesive finish.
Brake lines are built with PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium braided layers, and an outer PVC jacket for durability and performance.
Kits for dual disc setups include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks and alignment issues, and all brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
Designed for ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers, the kit offers low-effort installation, OE-level fitment, and is assembled in the USA. 🇺🇸
