Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete solution with matching braided cables and brake lines for a clean, factory-quality installation.

The kit contains throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, all necessary hardware, and any required switch wiring or turn signal extension.

All cable and brake lines use Sterling Chromite II® braid with highly polished plated fittings. Brake lines are constructed with PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium braided construction, and an outer PVC jacket for durability and corrosion resistance.

These low-effort, high-efficiency cables meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction and endurance. Kits for dual-disc configurations include an all-brazed manifold that eliminates leaks, alignment problems and unattractive threaded connections.

Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. Assembled in the USA and engineered for straightforward installation on compatible setups.
