The Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit is the only complete kit that delivers matching braided cables and brake lines for a tidy, factory-quality finish.

This complete kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, installation hardware, and any necessary switch wiring or turn signal extension.

All cable and brake lines feature Sterling Chromite II® braid with highly polished plated fittings. Brake lines use PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium braided layers, and an outer PVC jacket for durability and abrasion resistance.

All cables employ a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Kits for dual-disc configurations include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks and alignment issues. The complete assembly is manufactured and assembled in the USA and optimized for taller-rise handlebar installations and custom bends.
