🔧 The Sterling Chromite II® designer handlebar installation kit provides a complete, OE-level solution for control cables and hydraulic lines.

  • Complete kit with matching braided cables and brake lines, including throttle and idle cables, throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch wiring or turn-signal extension.
  • All cable and brake assemblies use Sterling Chromite II® braid and highly polished plated fittings for a refined appearance.
  • Brake hoses feature PTFE inner tubing, aramid fiber reinforcement, premium signature magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for long-term durability.
  • Dual-disc kits include a fully brazed manifold to prevent leaks, ensure alignment, and eliminate unsightly threaded connections.
  • Low-effort, high-efficiency design meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance; brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106.
  • Assembled in the USA with full kit hardware to simplify installation and ensure reliable performance.

Installation note: the kit is optimized for taller-rise handlebar setups and includes the parts needed for a tidy, reliable installation.
