Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete, match‑braided cable and brake line solution for custom handlebars. 🚀

The kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle‑by‑wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and necessary switch wiring and turn signal extensions unless noted otherwise.

All cable and brake lines use Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome‑plated fittings for a refined, coordinated look and smooth operation.

Brake lines feature PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for reliable performance and durability.

Cables are engineered for low effort and high efficiency, meeting or exceeding OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance, and brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS‑106 specifications.

For dual disc setups the kit includes an all‑brazed manifold to eliminate leaks, alignment issues, and unattractive threaded connections.
