The Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit is the only complete kit that pairs braided cables and brake lines for a finished, reliable installation. 🛠️✨

This kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle‑by‑wire extensions, your choice of clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, matched brake lines, copper crush washers, all required hardware, and any necessary switch wiring and turn signal extension.

All cable and brake lines use Sterling Chromite II® braid with highly polished chrome‑plated fittings for a clean look and durable finish. Brake lines feature PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for abrasion resistance.

Engineered for low effort and high efficiency, the cables meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. Kits for dual disc models include an all‑brazed manifold to eliminate leaks and alignment issues. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS‑106 specifications. Assembled in the USA and based on ape hanger handlebars with 2" risers.
