Fits: Sportster 1974-1980
Replacement tachometer cable with a 12 mm x 1.0 upper nut for a secure instrument connection.
Bank transferThe tachometer cable transmits rotational motion from the engine to the instrument, delivering smooth, reliable tachometer readings. It includes a precision upper nut that measures 12 mm with a 1.0 pitch for a secure connection at the instrument end.
Installation is straightforward on most motorcycles: route the cable to avoid sharp bends, lubricate the inner wire before final assembly, and tighten connections carefully. Regular inspection and light lubrication will help prolong service life.
