Black Pearl™ Upper Handlebar Installation Kit provides a complete solution for upper-handlebar cable routing and brake lines designed for straightforward installation.

  • The only complete kit with matching braided cables and brake lines.
  • Kit includes throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch wiring or turn-signal extension unless otherwise noted.
  • All cable and brake lines feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome plated fittings.
  • Brake lines are constructed with PTFE inner tubing, aramid fiber and premium signature braids, plus an outer PVC jacket for long-term durability.
  • All cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Kits for dual-disc models include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks, alignment problems, and unattractive threaded connections.
  • Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications; DOT certification is only valid in USA.
  • Assembled in the USA; kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars with 2” risers.
