Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete, vehicle-specific cable and line solution for refined handlebar installations. 🔧

The kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch wiring and turn-signal extension unless otherwise noted.

All cable and brake lines feature the signature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome plated fittings for a premium appearance and durable finish.

Brake lines are built with PTFE inner tubing, Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket to resist wear and maintain fluid integrity.

Assemblies are engineered for low-effort, high-efficiency operation and meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance; dual-disc kits include a fully brazed manifold to prevent leaks and alignment issues.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications, each kit is assembled in the USA, and the design is based on installation using handlebars with 2" risers.
