The Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit is the only complete kit with matching braided cables and brake lines, built to simplify installation and provide consistent, long-lasting performance. 🛠️

Kit contents include throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, the choice of a clutch cable or a hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, necessary hardware, and any required switch wiring for turn signal extension.

All cable and brake lines use Sterling Chromite II® braid with highly polished plated fittings. Brake lines are constructed with PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for abrasion resistance and durability.

This kit is engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, construction, and endurance. Dual-disc applications include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks and alignment issues, and brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 standards. Kits are assembled in the USA.

Designed for taller riser-mounted handlebar configurations, this low-effort, high-efficiency kit streamlines routing and installation while maintaining reliable braking and control.
