The Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit is the only complete kit that pairs matching braided cables and brake lines for a finished installation.
The kit contains throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and any required switch wiring or turn-signal extensions.
All cables and brake lines feature Sterling Chromite II® braid with highly polished chrome-plated fittings, PTFE inner tubing, aramid reinforcement, and an outer PVC jacket for long-term durability and consistent performance.
Dual-disc kits include an all-brazed manifold that prevents leaks, alignment issues, and unattractive threaded connections.
Components are designed for low-effort operation and meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance; brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
