Sterling Chromite II® designer handlebar installation kit supplies a complete, vehicle-ready solution that streamlines wiring and fluid routing for tall-rise handlebars. 😊

The kit contains matched throttle and idle controls, extensions for throttle-by-wire, an engagement option (mechanical or hydraulic), fluid hoses, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and any required switch wiring extensions.

All control runs and fluid assemblies feature Sterling Chromite II® protective shielding and polished fittings to give a refined appearance while resisting wear.

Hoses are engineered with a PTFE inner tube, aramid reinforcement, premium exterior shielding and an outer PVC jacket to provide consistent performance under pressure.

Designed for low-effort installation and built to meet or exceed original equipment standards, the dual-disc version includes a brazed manifold to prevent leaks and alignment issues.

Meets DOT FMVSS-106 specifications where applicable and is assembled in the USA; intended for use with tall-rise handlebars and 2" risers. 😊
