The V80 long-block is a stock-height, basic engine designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for aging 80\" H-D Evolution engines. 🔧

Specially machined cylinder heads allow use of stock-length manifolds and the unit includes S&S performance cylinder heads, S&S standard oil pump, flat-top cast pistons, S&S 585 valve springs, forged rocker arms, and a 508 camshaft.

Made in the USA and built to fit '84-'99 Evolution Big Twin or '70-'90 custom chassis with an alternator-style primary. Fuel and ignition systems are not included; use your existing carburetor (rejetting is required). EFI compatible — calibration requires an aftermarket module or add-on tuner.
