The kit uses a direct-fit lower assembly paired with alternate-length upper lines to reproduce OEM routing while accommodating custom handlebar and fitment changes.
Construction features a PTFE inner tube, aramid fiber reinforcement, premium braided sheath and a protective outer jacket to minimize expansion and resist abrasion.
Upper, lower, mid-line and adapter components are sold separately to allow exact fitment for each application. Single disc Dyna and Sportster models use two kits (one upper and one lower); Softail, Touring and Trike fitments have model-specific kit counts and adapter requirements.
Touring and Trike models require a mid-line and an upper line to complete the routing from the master cylinder to the ABS controller; some Softail and dual-disc configurations have different adapter needs, so check fitment before ordering.
When replacing upper lines, measure your stock master cylinder line as a guide and follow the brake line routing to determine correct length; for certain Softail model years, a length adjustment must be made to account for adapters.
