Designer Series alternate-length front brake line kit engineered for Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with ABS.
Constructed with PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium braided layers and a clear PVC outer jacket to reduce expansion and resist discoloration.
The kit includes a direct-fit lower assembly intended to be used with alternate-length upper lines and follows OEM routing for correct installation and performance.
Fitment notes: Single disc Dyna and Sportster models require two kits (one upper and one lower). Softail models commonly use three kits (upper, mid and lower) except '18+ dual disc; upper kits are required for handlebar changes.
For '18+ Softail models, an adapter is required when reusing the stock lower line unless replacing both upper and lower on dual disc models. Dual disc Touring models use three kits (upper, mid and lower). Trike models use two kits (upper and mid).
Measure upper line length using the stock master cylinder brake line as a guide: pull back the rubber boot and measure from where the flexible line enters the crimp collar up to the master cylinder, or use the 49" mid-line reference on Touring and Trike models to determine additional length.
Non-stock applications require measuring upper line length and banjo angle to ensure correct fitment. Failure to use ABS-specific upper and lower kits may compromise anti-lock braking ability.
