Engineered to be lighter, more comfortable and more protective than ever, it delivers exceptional feel on the bike. The TPU lower shell features an innovative shifter area design for reduced front roll and easy shift lever control, with dedicated left and right foot construction.
Further strengthened with a metal shank and reinforced toe zone, the boot offers impact and abrasion resistance while a medial and lateral double pivot system improves flexibility and precision control.
Contoured TPU calf protector plate and a low profile ankle pivot support main flexion for rider comfort. Front flexion inserts and strategically placed shock absorbing padding on the ankles and shin plate enhance progressive support and impact absorption.
The closure system combines polymer buckles with an aluminum frame and self-aligning, quick-release closures for a secure, customized fit; the buckle receiver prevents strap rotation while strap holders reduce excessive rotation.
A soft microfiber gaiter seals out water and dirt, and an extended medial TPU panel with an enlarged rubber insert improves grip and heat resistance. The sole includes an innovative wear limit indicator that reveals a red layer when replacement is needed; the one-piece dual compound vulcanized rubber sole is replaceable.
Additional TPU rear bridge protects the Achilles tendon, and the poly-fabric lining with 3D open cell foam plus anti-sliding suede reinforcement on the heel boost comfort and abrasion resistance. The construction blends TPU, microfiber, rubber, TPR, leather and suede for durability and performance.
