The thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) lower shell features an innovative shifter area for reduced front roll and precise shift lever control, with dedicated left and right foot designs. A reinforced toe zone and metal shank increase impact and abrasion resistance while a Kevlar® layer beneath the wear indicator preserves structure and protects the boot.
Further protection and control come from a medial and lateral double pivot system, a contoured TPU calf protector, and a low-profile ankle pivot for superior movement and comfort. Front flexion uses shock-absorbing inserts in the bellow zone for progressive support. 🏍️
Closure combines polymer buckles with an aluminum frame and self-aligning quick-release receivers for a secure, customized fit. Strap holders reduce excessive rotation while the updated compact TPU shin plate and reinforced hook-and-loop closure enable a tailored, comfortable fit.
The upper pairs suede leather and lightweight microfiber with extensive TPU protection on toes, heel, ankle, calf, and shin, including extra-hard compounds on the toe-box and heel. A soft microfiber gaiter seals out water and dirt, and a poly-fabric lining with 3D open cell foam plus anti-sliding suede on the heel enhances comfort and abrasion resistance.
The one-piece, dual-compound vulcanized rubber sole is highly durable and replaceable, with an embedded wear limit indicator in the foot peg area that reveals a red layer when the sole needs replacing. Strap holder design, extended medial grip inserts, and an additional rear bridge for Achilles protection complete a boot engineered for precision, protection, and long-term durability.
