Alpinestars Speedforce XR Shoes — US 8.5, over-ankle, Black

Riding shoe that combines the look and feel of a running sneaker with protective elements for both riding and walking. Designed for versatile use, it balances comfort, breathability and impact protection.

• Main upper combines engineered textile with seamless protective overlays and a reinforced toe and heel counter for durability and abrasion resistance.
• Removable OrthoLite® insock offers lasting comfort on the instep and around the ankle while helping to reduce overheating thanks to an open-cell PU compound.
• Elastic tongue cover with an integrated pocket protects the lace closure, and an elastic collar ensures a secure, adaptable fit for different ankle sizes.
• 3D mesh lining promotes high breathability and includes an anti-sliding microfibre panel on the heel for added stability.
• Sole construction features a heel-dampening EVA pad, an integrated transversal protection frame (TPF) with a forefoot metal bar, rigid shanks and a protective carbon-textile layer to deliver both protection and walking comfort.
• Oil-resistant rubber sole with aggressive high-grip lugs improves traction and control, while medial dual-density ankle protectors and external protective detailing provide targeted safety and flexibility.
• Internal reinforced toe box and heel counter add ergonomic protection, and an 8 mm drop helps optimize walking comfort.

Durable construction and carefully placed protective elements make these shoes ideal for riders who want the agility of a sneaker with the safety needed on the road.
