Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) lower shell features an innovative shifter-area design to reduce front roll and improve shift lever control, with dedicated left and right constructions. A metal shank and reinforced toe zone increase impact and abrasion resistance, while a contoured TPU calf protector plate and additional rear bridge protect vulnerable areas 🛡️
The boot uses a medial and lateral double pivot system for precise flexibility and improved control. Main flexion is supported by a low-profile pivot for freedom of movement, and front flexion zones include shock-absorbing inserts for progressive support. Shock-absorbing padding is strategically placed on the ankles and shin plate for enhanced impact absorption.
Closure combines polymer buckles and an aluminum frame with self-aligning, quick-release closures for a secure, customizable fit. A self-aligning buckle receiver prevents strap rotation, and the strap holder design limits excessive rotation while maximizing functionality.
The sole integrates an innovative wear limit indicator in the foot peg area that exposes a red layer when replacement is needed. Beneath that indicator, a Kevlar® layer maintains structure and protects the boot. A one-piece, dual-compound vulcanized rubber sole offers durability and protection, and it is replaceable for extended service life.
Upper construction combines extensive TPU protection with suede leather and lightweight microfiber for impact and abrasion resistance. Internally, a poly-fabric lining with 3D open cell foam and anti-sliding suede on the heel enhances comfort and durability.
