Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) lower shell features an innovative shifter area for reduced front roll and easy shift lever control, with dedicated left and right designs. The structure is further strengthened by a metal shank and reinforced toe zone for impact and abrasion resistance.
Medial and lateral double pivot system improves flexibility and precision control, while a contoured TPU calf protector plate and low‑profile pivot support main flexion for freedom of movement and rider comfort. Front bellow shock‑absorbing inserts and padding on ankles and shin plate provide progressive impact absorption.
Closure combines polymer buckles with an aluminum frame and self‑aligning quick‑release receivers for a secure, customized fit. Soft microfiber gaiter and updated TPU shin plate with hook-and-loop closure enhance sealing and fit, and an extended medial panel with enlarged rubber insert improves grip and heat resistance.
The sole includes an innovative wear limit indicator in the foot peg area and a Kevlar® layer beneath to maintain structure. One‑piece, dual compound vulcanized rubber sole is durable and replaceable. Lining features poly‑fabric with 3D open cell foam and anti‑sliding suede reinforcement on the heel.
