Upper construction is made from innovative and light microfiber material that is flexible and abrasion resistant. Light microfiber on the front and rear bellow gives added comfort in flexible areas. The toe box is made of a synthetic material designed for high abrasion resistance. An extended polyurethane synthetic gaiter helps seal out excessive water and dirt entry.
Contoured thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) calf protector plate, a TPU higher medial protector, TPU outer lateral ankle and a TPU heel counter offer support and impact resistance. A rear thermoplastic rubber (TPR) gaiter patch applied on top of the TPU calf protector gives protection and comfort on rear flex. An injected TPU shin plate is connected with the TPU medial protector panel; hook-and-loop upper closure plus a TPR flap provide broad-ranging calf fit adjustment and support.
The TPU higher medial protector is finished with technical texture for improved grip. A bio-mechanical medial blade system allows controlled front-to-rear flex while supporting and protecting the ankle. Ergonomic TPU triple buckle straps wrap harmoniously around the front flex without compromising boot articulation. The closure system includes three polymer buckles with a ratchet and memory mechanism and a quick release/locking system with a self-aligning design for easy, precise closure; all buckles are replaceable.
An innovative one-piece TPU injected dual-compound foot shell is reinforced by a metal shank inside a co-injected toe reinforcement. Soft foams surround the ankles and collar for comfort and shock absorption. The boots feature a replaceable EVA footbed with a textile lining and a high-grip rubber compound outsole; the sole is replaceable. 💧
