The upper uses innovative, abrasion-resistant microfiber with front and rear bellows for enhanced flexibility. A reinforced synthetic toe box and an extended polyurethane gaiter help seal out water and dirt, while contoured thermoplastic protector plates on the calf, medial and lateral ankle and heel provide impact resistance and support.
Rear thermoplastic rubber gaiter patch protects the rear flex area. An injected shin plate links to the medial protector; the ergonomic triple-buckle system wraps the front flex area and includes replaceable polymer buckles with a ratchet memory and quick-release locking design for precise closure.
An innovative one-piece injected dual-compound foot shell with an internal metal shank and co-injected toe reinforcement adds rigidity, while soft foams around the ankle and collar improve comfort and shock absorption. The replaceable EVA footbed with textile lining and a high-grip rubber outsole complete the package.
