The SMX-1R V2 is a class-leading, low-cut performance riding boot engineered for improved comfort, fit and durability.

• Lightweight, abrasion-resistant microfiber upper reinforced with strategically positioned thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) protectors for durable impact resistance.
• Rubber compound sole with an advanced grip pattern for excellent traction on and off the bike; integrated transversal protection frame (TPF) helps guard against transversal loads.
• Ergonomic shaping and accordion flex zones at the instep and Achilles for optimized comfort, maneuverability and natural movement on controls.
• Evolved, anatomically angled closure strap with aramidic fiber wires for a thin, lightweight and durable system; front Velcro® closure provides a quick, secure fit and a thermoplastic rubber (TPR) puller for easy operation.
• External high-modulus TPU heel counter, lateral ankle and shift pad for improved shock protection and longevity; ergonomic TPU shift pad and integrated, replaceable bi-injected TPU forefoot slider with easy-screw fixing.
• Rear flex bellow features a flex window that doubles as an air intake for effective ventilation and airflow.
• Internal toe box and double-density ankle protectors layered under the upper for abrasion resistance in critical areas; removable anatomic foot-bed with EVA foam and Lycra® for long-ride comfort.
• Internal mesh lining for cooling comfort and moisture wicking; thermowelded flex grooves control flexion across instep, medial and rear zones.
