RK-1 Plasma Knee Braces

Engineered for all forms of off-road riding, the RK-1 Plasma knee brace blends lightweight construction with high-level protection and comfort. Nucleon Plasma protectors provide viscoelastic impact absorption while an innovative hybrid frame delivers rigidity where needed and flexibility at the strap interfaces.

Key benefits

• Anatomically profiled for mobility and fit across demanding riding positions.
• Replaceable triple-segmented knee cups with a polyurethane outer shell backed by Nucleon Plasma for impact dispersion and scratch resistance.
• Self-centering knee cup and patella extensions for consistent coverage through all flexion angles.
• Stable four-point hinge follows knee articulation; adjustable extension stops from 0° to 30° to set maximum opening angle.
• Stainless-steel bushings treated against oxidation for long-term hinge performance.

Construction and comfort

The brace uses a flexible composite over-injected onto a high-performance polymer blend to balance frame rigidity and targeted flexibility. Soft-touch thermoformed padding and high-tensile buckles provide secure, comfortable fitment, and four non-slip-backed straps keep the brace in place during aggressive riding.

Condyle padding thickness options allow customized fit, while central buckles lock confidently with a keyhole snapping system. The knee protector meets EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1 for certified impact protection.

Materials

Polyurethane outer shells, viscoelastic Nucleon Plasma protectors, high-performance polymer blends and stainless-steel hinge components deliver a durable, ventilated solution that prioritizes energy dispersion and rider comfort.
