The Bionic Tech v3 Jacket integrates floating dual-zone chest and back protectors with a rigid central zone and a flexible soft compound around the perimeter for balanced impact management. 🛡️

The chest protector features soft, flexible side wings combined with bio-foam padding that form an adaptive system, molding to the chest while adjustable shoulder straps keep both protectors securely in place.

A highly perforated impact grid leaves the central zones open for maximum airflow; 17% of the protector structure consists of aligned ventilation apertures to channel heat away from the chest and enhance cooling. ❄️

The removable chest protector uses a magnetic quick-release buckle on the left shoulder for easy access, and lower securement is achieved with adjustable V-belts passing through ventilated rib guards for added coverage in critical areas.

V-straps spread tightening forces across the back and lower forearm for a more secure, comfortable fit and to keep the elbow protector properly positioned; rib guards and strategically placed EVA foam on the upper arms and chest improve roost defense.

Designed with race-proven breathable, stretchable textiles for the base layer, the jacket includes an anatomically profiled, highly ventilated, flexible back protector and is BNS compatible via a removable puck panel and elasticated pull tabs.

Protection certifications: back protector EN 1621-2:2014 Level 2, chest protector EN 1621-3:2018 Level 2, elbow & shoulder protectors EN 1621-1:2012 Level 2.

Composition: 32% thermoplastic elastomer, 20% EVA, 18% polyamide, 14% polypropylene, 13% polyester and 3% other.
