The Bionic Tech v3 Jacket features floating dual-zone chest and back protectors with a rigid central zone and a flexible soft compound around the perimeter, backed by soft bio-foam padding for improved impact management. 🛡️

On the chest protector, flexible side wings work with the bio-foam to create an adaptive system that molds to the rider’s chest for a secure, ergonomic fit.

The central zone of both the chest and back protectors sits directly behind a highly perforated impact grid and is left open to maximize airflow and cooling.

Protectors are held in place via adjustable shoulder straps; the removable chest protector offers an easy-on/off magnetic quick-release buckle on the left shoulder, while lower securement is accomplished with adjustable V-belts that run through ventilated rib guards.

The V shape spreads tightening force across a wider area of the back, improving comfort and retention, while the rib guards add targeted coverage where it matters most.

Seventeen percent of the protector structure consists of ventilation apertures aligned through both hybrid layers to ensure maximum airflow, and channeling helps move direct heat away from the chest for effective cooling. 🌬️

The anatomically profiled back protector is highly ventilated and flexible, and the system is BNS compatible via a removable puck panel and elasticated BNS pull tabs.

Chest and back protectors detach from the base layer for easy washing, and the chest can be opened at the left shoulder with the quick-release magnetic buckle to provide convenient access to the central zipper.

V-straps on the lower forearm and on the back protector ensure a customizable, adaptive fit, while strategically placed EVA foam padding on the upper arms and chest improves roost defense.

Race-proven breathable, stretchable textiles form the base layer construction. Floating chest and back protectors and rib guards provide integrated protection while the waist strap remains independent of the back protector.
