Install a vented dipstick to breathe excessive crankcase pressure out of the oil tank and regain smoother engine response. 🛢️🔧 The billet dipstick uses a PCV-style breather with an oil separator system, a perforated disc, a replaceable filter element and an umbrella flapper valve to reduce blowby buildup.
- Two venting-style options: 1) 1/8 NPT breather fitting with internal porous filter, 2) quick-disconnect coupler with rubber hose and filter element.
- Two ways to read oil level: Full Hot Stand (FHS) with bike on jiffy stand, or Full Hot Upright (FHU) with bike level and upright.
- Oil pickup on the right side of the engine can skew readings if the bike idles on the kickstand; follow the recommended reading method.
- Feuling fueling tests show reduced engine sump oil levels, smoother revving, improved MPG and decreased blowby.
- Screws into the factory oil fill spout as a direct replacement and removes unwanted blowby pressure buildup in the oil tank.
It is important to get the correct hot oil level: Feuling recommends running the oil at 90%–99% full when hot. Made in the USA. 🏁
Safety: This dipstick does get hot; use a glove when checking oil level.
